NII sends Israeli-Arabs letters in Hebrew only

The National Insurance Institute sends letters and official notifications to Israeli-Arabs only in Hebrew, Army Radio reported.
As a result, hundreds of thousands of Israeli-Arabs receive their letter confirming their status and rights as a disabled person only in Hebrew, but do not understand what they have received nor do they realize that they can exercise their rights.
NII claims that the situation is a result of their outdated and limited computer system which do not allow them to send letters in Arabic.
