A Boxer dog on Monday died after he was left in a locked car that was parked in central Netanya.
Witnesses said that they called the municipal inspectors to the scene but no one came, and that by the time they managed to get the car door open, the dog was dead.
The organization "Let Animals Live" filed a complaint against the owner, a resident of Kfar Kara.
