Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu welcomed to Israel on Sunday his Canadian counterpart Stephen Harper praising him as "a great friend of Israel and the Jewish people".Netanyahu greeted Harper on his first visit to the region and hailed the Canadian premier's "moral leadership" in regard to approaching terrorism, anti-Semitism, Iran and the peace process.
