ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE, Maryland - US President Barack Obama arrived back in the Washington area late Saturday afternoon following a weeklong tour that took him to Ireland, Britain, France and Poland.

Obama is scheduled to fly again on Sunday to inspect tornado damage in Joplin, Missouri that killed at least 139 people. It was the deadliest US twister in more than 60 years.
