Officials: Christian shot dead in southern Egypt

CAIRO— Medical and security officials said a gunman boarded a train in southern Egypt and opened fire, killing a Christian man and wounding five others.

No motive was immediately known for the shooting which comes less than two weeks after a suicide bomber killed 21 Christians and wounded nearly a 100 outside a church in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria.
