Palestinian media reported Thursday that a 20-year-old Palestinian was killed in clashes with the IDF in the al-Arroub refugee camp near Hebron.

The man was identified as 20-year-old Khaled Jawabra.

The IDF said in response that "the Palestinian tried to throw a Molotov cocktail on Route 60" and soldiers subsequently fired shots at him.

Earlier on Thursday, a Palestinian was killed while throwing a Molotov cocktail at soldiers during a security raid on the West Bank village of Katana, south of Ramallah.
