Police in Petah Tikva arrested two suspected cell phone thieves from Nablus following a chase on foot, Israel Police reported Thursday. The thieves, who were in Israel illegally, stole the phone from a woman while in the middle of feeding her baby. Police have begun a criminal investigation.
