Pinchas Menham Phswezman, 21, is the fourth Israeli killed during the latest round of clashes between Hamas and IDF forces. He was killed on Sunday in his home in Ashdod by a direct hit of a Hamas rocket.
Hamas fired more than 700 rockets on Israel in the last day.
Phswezman is survived by his wife and infant son.
