Police detain Portuguese, Canadian 'flytilla' activists

Police detained two additional "flytilla" activists attempting to enter Israel at Ben-Gurion Airport on Sunday morning.

Authorities refused entry to a Portuguese national who arrived from Jordan and a Canadian national who flew to Israel from the US.

Both passengers were expected to be returned to their points of embarkation.

A total of six flytilla activists attempted to enter the country on Sunday morning, with police prepared for the arrival of hundreds more people.
