On Monday, Israel Police extended the police custody of the suspected terrorist in the March 6 terror attack in Jerusalem. Seven people were injured after suspect Mohammed Mahmoud Abdel Razek Salaima, a 22-year-old resident of Jerusalem's Ras el-Amud neighborhood, allegedly drove directly into them with his car. He had planned the attack for days before committing the act, seeking to kill Jews in the capital. A police investigation into the case is ongoing.
