Thirty-year-old Lod resident Yassmin Abu Zoualak's body was found with bullet wounds Tuesday night in an open area between the Rakevet and Gnei Aviv neighborhoods in Lod.  Earlier Tuesday, the woman's husband had reported her missing to police.

Abu Zoualak's brother, brother-in-law, and husband have been remanded under suspicion of murder.

About six months ago, Abu Zoualak's husband had been arrested for reportedly shooting and injuring his wife. He was released after family members and Abu Zoualak herself refused to cooperate with police investigators.
