Police reverse decision, allow Ethiopian march to J'lem

Jerusalem Police reversed their earlier decision and will allow a small march of Israelis of Ethiopian origin to continue their descent to Jerusalem. The three men, who were joined along the way by two Meretz MKs and other activists, are marching from Kiryat Malachi to the capital in order to protest racism in Israel.
The marchers were expected to arrive at the Knesset in time for a vote on a law making housing discrimination illegal. Among those expected to join the marchers was social activist Stav Shafir.
