Police use stun grenades to stop Old City rock throwing

Police deployed stun grenades in a successful effort to restore calm in Jerusalem's Muslim Quarter on Friday after rock-throwing erupted there, spilling over from the Temple Mount.
The incident came after fivepolicemen were lightly wounded in their attempt to restore order on theTemple Mount when Arab youths emerging from Friday prayers startedhurling rocks down onto those worshiping at the Western Wall.
Having restored calm with the use of stun grenades, police left theTemple Mount compound in cooperation with the waqf to allow olderworshipers to leave
