Policeman lightly hurt by firecracker at J'lem Purim fest

A policeman was lightly injured in Jerusalem on Monday evening when a firecracker was thrown at him towards the end of Shushan Purim.

The policeman was patrolling in the Ramat Shlomo neighborhood of northern Jerusalem when the incident occurred.

The attacker immediately fled the scene and was not apprehended by police. The policeman was lightly wounded in the stomach and taken for medical treatment.
