Psychiatric patient sets himself on fire; severely injured

A man being treated for mental illness at a psychiatric facility in Pardesiya set himself on fire on Saturday morning, suffering severe injuries.
Magen David Adom paramedics treated the patient on scene and then rushed him to Shibah Medical Center in Tel Hashomer.
The man, around 40 years old, suffered burns on approximately 60 percent of his body.
