Israel Railways employees, together with the Histadrut labor union, submitted an urgent request to the Tel Aviv District Labor Court on Sunday to intervene on management decisions on a number of issues, among them the appointment of directors, management tenders, and employee induction, Army Radio reported.

Railway workers have a tenuous history with management, and just completed a strike in February against what they charged was management’s excessive use of outside contractors.
