Report: At least 6 UN peacekeepers wounded in Lebanon blast

TYRE - Several United Nations peacekeepers were wounded when an explosion struck their patrol in southern Lebanon on Friday, a witness and security sources said.
They said that the blast hit a vehicle carrying French members of the UNIFIL peacekeeping contingent in the city of Tyre. A Reuters reporter saw at least six wounded people. Security sources said seven people were wounded in total, including two passersby, adding that they were mostly lightly wounded.
