Report: French iPhone application 'arguably anti-Semitic'

An iPhone application that allows users to identify which public figures are Jewish is "arguable anti-Semitic," Director for International Relations of the Simon Wiesenthal Centre in Paris Shimon Samuels said on Saturday, according to an EJP report.
Marketed by the Apple-France App store, the "Jew/Non-Jew" application classifies the at least 3,500 names in its database as "both parents Jewish," "half-Jewish," "convert," or "non-Jew."
