Report: PM allegedly received 1000s of NIS from businessman

Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein is investigating a claim that a businessman transferred hundreds of thousands of shekels to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Channel 10 revealed Sunday night.
It was suspected that a haredi businessman gave the cash to Netanyahu's chauffer and told him to deliver it to the prime minister.
Two PMO employees were allegedly witness to the event and passed on the details to the police.
The police decided that there was no basis for a criminal investigation. The case is now in the hands of the Attorney-General.
