Romney takes Israel's view on Iran 'with great seriousness'

US presidential candidate Mitt Romney met with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Sunday and told him that Israel's "perspective with regards to Iran and its effort to become a nuclear capable nation are ones which I take with great seriousness."
Netanyahu's perspective on regional developments in Syria and Egypt would also be "most helpful," Romney said ahead of the meeting, emphasizing that the US and Israel had a strong relationship "based on mutual interest and share values."
