The Palestinian leadership will hold an emergency session on Wednesday, Chief PLO Negotiator Saeb Erekat said after the United Nations Security Council voted down a Palestinian resolution which called for Israel to withdraw from territories it captured in 1967 within a three-year period.

Ramallah will weigh its options, Erekat said after the vote, according to Palestinian media, and "consider its next steps."
