In a joint operation combining the forces of the IDF, Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) and police, member of the Hamas military wing Maher Ouda was arrested overnight Saturday in Ramallah.

According to the IDF Spokesperson’s office, the Ein Yabroud native, born in 1963, founded in 1990 Ramallah’s Hamas military wing. Ouda is allegedly involved in the deaths of over 70 Israelis.
