Senior Fatah member Nabil Shaath said Wednesday that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has destroyed any chances for peace effectively waging war on the diplomatic process to bring about a final settlement.

Speaking to Israel Radio, the Palestinian Authority negotiator said Netanyahu has ruined any chances to bring about a solution in the near future by keeping IDF forces on the border and on the Jordan river, not allowing an Arab authority in Jerusalem, demanding recognition of the Jewish state, and refusing discussion on the Palestinian refugee issue.
