South Sudanese President Salva Kiir visited Yad Vashem Tuesday morning as part of his trip to Israel.

Kiir toured the museum with Yad Vashem chairman Avner Shalev guided by Dr. Robert Rozett, the director of the Holocaust museum's libraries.

The South Sudanese president, who is expected to meet with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu later Tuesday, participated in a Memorial Ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance and visited the Children's Memorial.
