A suspected terrorist attempted to infiltrate the Jewish outpost of Booster near the West Bank city of Hebron on Saturday morning, the IDF said.

An IDF soldier identified that the infiltrator was carrying a knife and a gun and alerted the outpost's security who arrived on the scene.

The IDF said that the suspect was shot in the lower body but it was not clear whether the IDF soldier or the local security took the shot. The wounded man was evacuated to hospital.
