BEIRUT - Syrian President Bashar al-Assad will make a speech on Tuesday about "internal issues", state news agency said on Monday, his fourth since the start of an uprising against his rule.

"The President will give a speech tomorrow before noon about the internal issues and the international and regional developments," SANA said in a newsbreak.
