The Tel Aviv District Court on Thursday sentenced a drug addict to 11 years in jail for robbing elderly women. The man, Dennis Shatz, had already served a prison sentence in the past for similar robberies, but returned to his criminal ways after his release to fund his drug addiction, the court said.
