Traffic authorities closed roads in northern Israel and the Golan Heights on Saturday due to winter weather conditions, police said.

Authorities closed Hasharyon junction, Wasat, Mapal Saar, and Ein Sion to oncoming traffic due to snowfall in the last few days.

Police have requested drivers to choose alternate routes, and steer clear of the affected areas.
