Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz on Sunday called on the cabinet to revoke the drivers licenses of IDF draft dodgers who claim they are mentally unfit to serve in the military.

Later on Sunday, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel condemned the transportation minister's initiative.
