Riyad Mansour, the Palestinian representative to the UN , said Monday that he will submit a drat to renew peace talks before the end of December to the UN Security Council, according to Israel Radio. He said that the request draft will include a final date for the Israeli and the Palestinian delegations to come to an agreement, as well as a set date to establish a Palestinian state.
