While the rocket barrage from Gaza continues, the Gaza operation is legitimate and should continue, said Labor leader Shelly Yacimovich on Saturday.

Speaking in an interview with Channel 2, Yacimovich maintained that as long as the operation continues in its current form, it could carry on for a few more days in order to reach the goals set by Israeli leadership.

Yacimovich also said that Israel needs to find its point of exit that would allow it to maintain the operation's achievements, while still maintaining the international community's support.
