El Al introduced a new on-line check in service for its passengers earlier this week. The new on-line check-in service will allow El Al's passengers to complete a security check at home, to choose their seats on the plane and to print their own boarding pass.
Once they arrive at the airport, they only need to all they have to do is to send their baggage and to have their passport stamped.
The new check-in procedure will be available to passengers 24 hours before the flight is scheduled to depart. The new service, said El Al, will allow passengers to save up to 30 minutes, a significant amount during busy times at the terminal.
