Elbit Medical sells UK hotel stake

Elbit Medical Imaging, has sold its 30 percent stake in Shaw Hotel Holding, which owns a hotel in London, for $39.8 million.

Elbit Medical Imaging, has sold its 30 percent stake in Shaw Hotel Holding, which owns a hotel in London, for $39.8 million. The interest in Shaw, which Elbit owned through its Dutch subsidiary BEA Hotels, was sold off to an undisclosed third party. Elbit Medical Imaging, run by Mordechay Zisser, it would post a $58.3m. capital gain on the sale in the fourth quarter of 2005.
