The report examines the police’s growing reliance on technological surveillance tools for law enforcement purposes, including wiretaps, cyber tools, and the collection of communications data.

The teen was arrested on Sunday morning, and police found a burnt Pride flag and a lighter during a search of his belongings.

Police arrested the daycare owner and the caregiver in charge following initial questioning, and both will be brought before a judge on Tuesday as the investigation continues. 

Investigators from the Mesubim police station received a complaint regarding a break-in incident to a parked vehicle, from which around $100,000 and about NIS 180,000 in cash were allegedly stolen.

After spotting the police, the driver, a man in his mid-20s, attempted to flee, driving recklessly through open terrain. 

According to police, Muhammad sat on a bus beside a reservist officer in uniform, played loud music, and after she moved seats, he approached from behind at a stop and spat in her face.

A source told Maariv the partner shouted at him, “Just because you were a hostage doesn’t mean you can talk however you want,” and then went on to assault his friend. 

The drones were first identified by IDF field observers and the Aerial Defense Array before IDF troops arrived in the area and seized them.

The man allegedly began raping the girl when she was 7 years old and continued until she was 15, at which point the police intervened.

The decision, authored by Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court Judge Mehahem Mizrahi, will take effect on Sunday to allow the Israel Police to appeal to the district court.
