A spokeswoman for the consortium said a decision on which firm will carry out the engineering plans will be likely be made in the coming days.
Texas-based Noble Energy Delek Group subsidiaries Delek Drilling and Avner Oil Exploration (each with 22.6 percent) and Ratio Oil Exploration (15%) refuted the Ministry's latest estimate.
The High Court’s ruling on Sunday supported most of the gas framework, with the exception of a stability clause, putting the government in charge of providing stability insurance.
