In a recent poll, former MK Yoaz Hendel's emerging right-wing liberal party is making waves, potentially securing eight seats and adding a new dynamic to Israeli politics.

This potential new party could stem from deep-seated divisions in Israeli society regarding judicial reforms, and ongoing debates on religion-state matters. 

Israeli Christians may be a relatively small percentage of Israeli citizens yet they share common values and have a close strategic alliance with the vast majority of Zionists in the world.

If the party were to be led by former communications minister Yoaz Hendel, the party would win six seats, rather than eight.

The group that marched with Hendel down the streets of Or Akiva was stopped by coalition activists, who told the demonstrators that "this is a Likud city."
