Despite the war: Foreign airline expanding its operations in Israel

Greek airline Blue Air Airwaves announced the launch of flights from Tel Aviv to Barcelona, Prague, and Budapest starting from March.

Despite the war: Greek airline Blue Air Airwaves announced that it will expand its activities in Israel and declared the launch of flights from Tel Aviv to Barcelona, Prague, and Budapest starting from March.

As recalled, the company arrived in Israel at the beginning of this month with daily flights operating to Athens and Larnaca. Flights to Prague and Budapest will begin on March 7th, and flights to Barcelona will start on March 1st.

Later in the year, the company plans to resume direct flights from Israel to "seasonal" destinations in Greece such as Mykonos, Crete, Kos, Rhodes, and Kalamata. Flights to these destinations are expected to restart between April and July. Additionally, the company is expected to introduce flights from Tel Aviv to Burgas, Varna, and Milan starting from the next July.
