28 tours in 4 days: Vadi Nissnas comes to life

Hadar and Vadi Nissnas' "Close to Home" festival features tours, music, art, local food, and sustainability from March 6-9.

After five months of war, the businesses in Hadar- Vadi Nissnas in Haifa are trying to raise morale and encourage tourism. As part of the attempts to attract travelers, they initiated "close to home", an event that offers 28 different tours during 4 days. On March 6-9, the local guides will move between the different businesses, trying to expose them to the public.

The Hadar neighborhood in Haifa is one of the most fascinating neighborhoods in Israel. It has a human mosaic made up of all the groups that make up Israeli society, rich local cuisine and art and culture that speak Hebrew, Arabic and Russian. Especially these days, this is a neighborhood that fills with inspiration, all that if you come to the Haifa area you can both support small and local businesses and also enjoy a good atmosphere, interesting content and excellent food.

During four days there will be tours with local guides, street music and art events, workshops and culinary collaborations between the restaurants and the different cultures, fashion and sustainability.

Among the tours: tasting, tasting and history tours.

Exposure to hidden businesses in the neighborhood and cultural gems in Hadar. at a cost of NIS 20-50 per tour; Local bar and wine bar tours - on Masada Street Haifa; Tours in Talpiot market; Cultural and music events: parties, singing, music, and various performances; Workshops: cooking, sewing, art, photography and more.

Also, as part of International Women's Day, on March 8th, the tour will be held for the greats - the story of women, artists, dreamers and fighters in Vadi Nissnas.
