The customers are an elderly couple, who divides their time between Canada and Israel. One quarter they come to Israel and stay near their son who decided to settle in Israel, and one quarter in Canada. The couple knew how to maximize their stay in Israel and purchased a prestigious apartment on Herbert Samuel Street in Tel Aviv, one of the streets most associated with the city without stopping, and the most powerful and strategic view there is - of course the sea that opens up in full force to visitors and is an important and essential part of the couple's Hawaii and the apartment's power.
The apartment is 150 square meters, and about 30 square meters of balcony. The couple turned to designer Shabi Mizrahi in order for him to design and plan the residential and vacation apartment, which will be used by them as mentioned during their stay in Israel.
The chosen concept was a modern, warm and calm design in the light cream shades to the smoky browns, which blend wonderfully with the powerful blue of the sea, provide it with the important stage, bring it into the home, and give it a place of honor.
When entering the house, we experience the sea in its full force, thanks to huge blinds, which are dressed with double curtains from ELLA DECOR, whose role is both darkness and shading as needed.
Also in the living room, on the left side is a pleasant LOVESEAT sofa with rich textiles, in an amorphous design, in a blue shade that enhances the presence of the sea. In the right part of the living room, there is a pleasant seating arrangement in a natural, calm shade, with an artistic picture of the beach, which also provides a reminder of the proximity of the sea. All this, alongside enriching textiles that give deep layers to the apartment, which is reflected in natural wallpaper made from raffia (shiny straw), upholstery, plenty of decorative pillows, and curtains.
The bedroom continues the calm tone of the apartment, completely wrapped in wallpaper and curtains of course CUSTOM MADE, which provides a lot of warmth to the space, and the bed is covered with decorative pillows, bedding, and a pampering cover, the bench itself is also upholstered in a fabric that matches the decorative pillows. A harmonious, pleasant and powerful combination of every detail in favor of a TOTAL LOOK.
