A 280 square meter penthouse from another galaxy in Tel Aviv

From its high floor it overlooks the White City, with 280 square meters spread over two floors. And yes, it is as magical as it sounds. Actually, much more.

This is one of the most beautiful and well-invested penthouses in one of the most desirable projects in Tel Aviv. From its high floor it overlooks the White City, with 280 square meters spread over two floors. The clients turned to the architect Mano Shallem, in order to renovate it for the benefit of its sale, and so it was. The beautiful penthouse was sold to a couple, Chapter 2, plus a child. The new owners wanted to match it exactly to their needs and preferences and they turned to the interior designer Shai David.

According to designer Shai David, "the powerful six-meter-long island dictated the design of the house, and the leading colors in its design are black, white and powder, with design items and international top brands from Pietro-Hecht that were carefully selected and designed for the benefit of the family." The entrance to the house is through a personal elevator, which leads visitors to a large foyer. A golden art doll of Mickey Mouse welcomes those who enter with a touch of humor, and it is placed on a CUSTOM MADE amorphous rug in powder and cream tones. "Mickey Mouse's job is to break the ice, due to his location near the powerful escalators that are nearby and rise throughout the entire space."

We will return to the island. At the end, bar stools were placed in black and white tones and in this space there is a library whose role is to continue the look of the stairs. For the living room, particularly pampering seating systems were chosen with KENZO brand fabrics. The giant sofas with a depth of 1.5 meters allow those who sit on them maximum comfort, with the possibility of playing sitting and lying down and adjusting the handles to the different positions. Three round tables, each with a different diameter, made of iron. Two compact armchairs with powerful black upholstery resemble airplane seats, and additional huge armchairs with black and white upholstery were placed on each side.

The carpet is the star of the living room, 32 square meters (8 meters by 4 meters), of course it was designed and designed CUSTOM MADE. The shades were precisely chosen from catalogs, as well as the special motifs in it. A lamp "falls" like a mask on the living room, and its role is to provide warmth and envelop the people sitting in the living room. A technological and advanced TV screen that looks like an image standing on a nest with 3 legs, a fruit stand that is easy to move to any space, and when it is off, an image (of elephants) is displayed on the screen.

Also in the living room, hangs an amazing and special work of art by the artist Roni Aloni, which simulates a three-dimensional pillow, made of iron. Next to the living room is a huge key with access to the balcony. Pampering low armchairs reminiscent of a luxurious lounge were chosen for her. The armchairs are in different fabrics in shades of light blue, and even the BQ bar matches the shade.

The dining area is light with a velvety surface made of nano. The legs are shown in black and white with a special material that wraps them. A different and colorful textile is chosen for each chair that adds interest. At the top of the table are high chairs that the designer Shai David defines in his unique way as the king's and queen's chairs. According to him "this is the special corner of the couple, who sit in it every day, when they are not hosting". A spider lamp is located above the dining area, can be opened and closed and changes its configuration. The master room is also located on the public floor, a spacious and large room, with carpets, and plenty of textiles. The space includes a work area, libraries, a large bed with storage spaces and, of course, a bathroom open to the bedroom, with a free-standing bathtub and a black island that contains the sinks.

Additional bedrooms are located on the upper floor. In the foyer of the rooms, a TV room was designed with a cool amorphous sofa with orange textiles, which is placed on a colorful carpet full of animals and style.
