Disney is coming to the Krayot in the north - meet the dream hotel

Dream hotel inspired by Eurodisney style set to be constructed in Hai Park, Kiryat Motzkin, offering a unique family-adapted concept, all part of a broader tourism development plan.

A new 120-room hotel is planned to be built in the "Hai Park" zoo complex in Kiryat Motzkin by "MMS Boutique Hotels Ltd."

The company was awarded a tender by the Israel Land Authority in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Kiryat Motzkin Municipality, where it will pay approximately NIS 4.5 million for the land. In addition, the company plans to invest approximately 50 million on the development of the hotel, which will be built inspired by the Eurodisney park.

The lot marketed in this tender is intended for hotels as part of the "Kiryat Motzkin Zoo Complex" program, located east of the railroad, west of Hashmonaim St., south of the Mishkent Amani neighborhood and covers approximately 108 dunams.

The lot is part of a tourist and recreation site with an area of approximately 103 dunams in the zoo complex, which includes a hotel area, a tourist attraction for the zoo with animal and plant displays, an amphi-park, a visitor center, playing fields and facilities, seating areas, plazas, promenades and shading facilities. In addition, an area of approximately 5 dunams will become an open public area, within which the 'Railway' promenade along the railroad will be turned into an open public area.

According to Shalom Shetrit, the owner of the drinking company that won the tender, the hotel that will be built will have a unique concept adapted to families, Eurodisney style. and created a different experience, for families.

The new hotel will contribute to the economic and employment development of the entire region. The Ministry of Tourism under my leadership will continue to work to diversify and increase the hotel offer and to promote competition." .
