'4 Iranian soccer players banned after sporting green bands'

Four players from Iran's national soccer team have reportedly been banned for life following their show of support to Iranian opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi in a World Cup qualifying match against South Korea last week, during which they wore trademark opposition green wristbands. According to an Iranian newspaper, four players of the six sporting the bands received the punishment. It is unclear what the fate of the other two players will be.
