Arizona 'jihadist' agrees to plead guilty to terrorism, conspiracy

An Arizona teenager suspected of plotting to attack a Phoenix-area state motor vehicle office with bombs and other weapons has agreed to plead guilty to terrorism and conspiracy charges, court documents showed on Monday.
Mahin Khan, 18, who according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation professed to be an "American jihadist," reached a deal with prosecutors in which they agreed to seek a prison term of no more than 14 years, rather than the life term he potentially faced if tried and convicted.
