Foreign Ministry urges Israelis to leave Sri Lanka, cancel upcoming flights

The Foreign Ministry issued a recommendation to Israelis to postpone their flights to Sri Lanka due to the unstable economic and political situation the country is currently in.

The ministry also recommended that Israelis already in Sri Lanka leave as soon as possible because the situation has created a shortage of gas and food, and the chaos is causing airlines to cancel flights.

Sri Lanka's president escaped the country, and its prime minister resigned after protests intensified, and protestors stormed the president's house and set fire to it.
