Haifa beaches closed due to bacterial pollution

A number of beaches in Haifa were closed for swimming by the Health Ministry on Monday after bacterial tests returned unusual results.

The closure is effective until further notice.

Additionally on Monday, the Health Ministry alerted residents of the Hapardes neighborhood in Ramat Yishai that they needed to boil water before using it due to water quality issues.
