Nine drones shot down over Crimea

Nine drones were brought down over the Crimean Peninsula in the early hours of Thursday, top Russian-appointed Crimean official Sergey Aksyonov said on Telegram.

Six of the unmanned aerial vehicles were reportedly shot down by air defenses, and three were jammed and brought down by electronic warfare.

One of the drones detonated in a village, breaking windows but causing no casualties, Aksyonov said.
