A 29-year-old from Jerusalem was arrested on Thursday night after he was allegedly spotted committing indecent acts against a minor in a parking lot at a hospital in the city, according to police.
The police were notified that the suspect had been seen kissing a minor and when a person attempted to intervene and stop them, a fight broke out and the suspect fled. The suspect was later arrested at a synagogue in the Bayit Vegan neighborhood.
