Barak: Goldstone should further spread new conclusions

Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Saturday addressed comments made by Judge Richard Goldstone in which he reconsidered war crimes allegations against Israel during Operation Cast Lead, saying that the IDF was "a moral army that operated according to international law."

Barak added that in order to repair the damage done by the Goldstone Report, the judge should present his current conclusions before all of the international bodies who were presented the original report and not merely give his opinion in an opinion article.
