US Vice President Joe Biden on Friday said that following the resignation of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak the transition to a new government must ensure "irreversible change and a negotiated path toward Democracy."Biden called the events in Egypt, "a pivotal moment" in the history of Egypt and the Middle East.
