Father and son arrested in Jerusalem for sexual assault of children

A 50-year-old man and his 14-year-old son have been arrested in Jerusalem after children at their apartment block told their parents that they had been sexually assaulted by the two, Army Radio reported Wednesday.

The teenager is under house arrest and the father is in detention, the radio said.

According to the children who fell prey to the abuse, the man would lure them into the basement of the building with candy, where he would assault them. Army Radio said that the children are aged between five and 11.
